弥生 (Yayoi)

弥生 (Yayoi) was a visual kei vocalist and guitarist. After debuting with LAZY-DAZY in 1994 as guitarist, he became vocalist of ANGEL+DUST in 1996.
In 1999 ANGEL+DUST disbanded and Yayoi temporarily stopped musical activities. In 2000 he came back as the front man of Vice†risk. After slightly more than one year Vice†risk disbanded and Yayoi formed La'miss†fairy & a duo entitled Deadly Sanctuary (with Yuuga).
In the meantime he had become the owner of ETERNAL, the Matina subsidiary in Tokyo founded in 2001. In late 2002 he formed Garnet using his real name 響 (Hibiki).

In 2005, one year after Garnet disbanded, he became vocalist of jewelry using his old stage name Yayoi, as well as starting a solo-project along with Joe/Jack (ex SugarTrip) entitled “Romance red”. During this time he formed the label CLIMAX ENTERPRISE and signed various bands, as well as his own jewelry and Deadly Sanctuary (who was still alive after the break-up of Matina/ETERNAL). However, jewelry stopped activities after a few months, as did CLIMAX ENTERPRISE, while Deadly Sanctuary switched label to Yuuga’s “Luciffer’s records”, and was kept alive a bit longer.

Yayoi then retired from the music scene due to health problems and weight loss. However he has been involved with FIREBALL RECORDS which is owned by Yukika (ex エトセトラ (Etcetera)), as well as held a revival live for his former labels named "ETERNALISM & CLIMAXISM" during 2010 where he performed with ANGEL+DUST, Deadly Sanctuary and jewelry, but with no plans of coming back as a real artist, Yayoi is happily married since 2008(?).
